Elon finished in sole possession of third place in the CAA Football standings in 2021. Behind a dynamic offense and a chaotic, ball hawking defensive system, Elon Football went 5-3 in conference play. The Phoenix defeated No. 21 Richmond and closed the season with a 43-28 victory over No. 25 Rhode Island.
