ELON, N.C. – The Elon University softball team's rubber match versus College of Charleston on Sunday, April 30, has been canceled due to inclement weather scheduled in the forecast.
 
Both teams began play in series finale on Sunday before the game was paused after the third inning for a rain delay. After an hour delay, both teams mutually decided to call the contest due to continuing rainfall and unplayable field conditions. The official result of the game will be declared a no contest.
