Mt. Pleasant, S.C.- The Elon Phoenix (33-22) fell in the semi-final matchup of the 2023 CAA Baseball Tournament by the score of 14-8 to the Northeastern Huskies (44-13). Elon ends their regular season finishing as one of the top three teams remaining in the tournament and second place regular season finish.
 
Elon turned to the long ball against the Huskies, smashing five homers against Northeastern including two from Parker Haskin. Four different Phoenix finished the ballgame with multi-hit performances.
 
The Phoenix secured their third five run inning in the tournament by scoring five runs in the bottom of the ninth to close the final gap. The inning featured three Phoenix home runs with solo blasts from Luke Stephenson, Ryan Sprock, and a three-run bomb from Parker Haskin.
 
Parker Haskin finishes his CAA Tournament batting .500 (6-for-12) for the tournament with three home runs and seven RBI with four runs scored. His efforts across the three games were enough to earn All-Tournament honors.
