Phoenix Signs Five From Class of 2026

Five Newcomers Set To Join The Phoenix For The 2026-27 Season

ELON – The Elon women's basketball team signed five new additions to its program from the Class of 2026 last week. The group with join the Phoenix's roster ahead of the 2026-27 season. 

"We are extremely excited to welcome our 2026 signing class," said head Coach Charlotte Smith. "My staff and I did an excellent job identifying exceptional young women who exemplify our program's culture both on and off the court. We are blessed that they chose Elon, as they come from outstanding families and have strong basketball pedigrees shaped by excellent coaching."

Skylar Bolden
New Castle, Delaware • St. Elizabeth High School • 6'0 •  Forward

  • Led teams to three consecutive DIAA State Championship appearances
    • 2022-23: State Finalist
    • 2023-24: State Champion

Norah Fuld
Westport, Conn. • Western Reserve Academy • 6'3 •  Forward
  • Competed at Staples, Millbrook School, and Western Reserve Academy
  • Four-time Honor Roll studen
  • 2025 NEPSAC Honorable Mention
  • 2024 NEPSAC All-Star
  • Nominated for Defensive Player of the Year (2024)
  • Played AAU for I90 Elite and IBelieve Elite
Sidney Smith
Roselle, N.J. • Roselle Park High School • 5'4 •  Guard
  • Played at Roselle Catholic High School (2022-24) and Roselle Park High School (2024-26)
  • 2025 New Jersey State Scoring Champions (33 PPG)
  • Ranked Top 10 nationally in scoring (2025)
  • 2025 Second Team All-State
  • 2023 All-County Second Team
  • Eclipsed 1,000 career points in her junior year

Savannah Whitley
Laurel, Maryland • St. Vincent Pallotti High School • 6'0 •  Forward
  • Played at St. Vincent High School under coaches Rashida Joiner and Johnathan Moore
