Elon Shakes Off Doubles Defeat, Beats UNC Asheville With Singles Domination

Box Score Asheville, N.C. – The Elon University men's tennis team didn't let a slow start keep them down. Despite dropping two out of three doubles matches to open Friday's contest against UNC Asheville, the Phoenix rebounded by dominating five singles matches for a 5-2 team victory.

All five of Elon's singles wins came in straight sets and none of those sets were closer than 6-4.
