ELON – The Elon University men's tennis team reached double-digit singles victories Saturday on day two of the Elon Invitational at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Center.
 
Seven different players combined to post 10 wins for the Phoenix, with Oskar Antinheimo, Jack Curtis and Charles Pilet all tallying a pair of victories in their back draws. Veljko Krstic, Sibby Rodi, Alonso Roca and Rafael Ymer all posted one win on the day for Elon.
 
Antinheimo did not lose a set in his two wins, dropping no more than three games in any of his four frames. Curtis and Pilet both won their first outings of the day in match tiebreaks before adding another victory later in the afternoon. Ymer also won his first match of the day in a match tiebreak.
 
Elon will conclude the tournament tomorrow with the final round of both doubles and singles. Play will begin at 9 a.m. with doubles.
