ELON – Elon men's tennis senior Veljko Krstic rose over 30 spots to No. 60 in the latest ITA singles rankings, which were released Wednesday.
Krstic finished the fall at No. 91 and jumped to No. 60 in the first ranking of the spring. He is 1-2 in dual contests this season, with both losses coming at the No. 1 spot against top 20 opponents.
The senior becomes the second highest ranked Elon individual in program history and the first Phoenix to be the top 60 since Cameron Silverman checked in at No. 47 in the final ranking of the 2014 season.
Krstic is the only CAA player in this edition of the singles rankings. The next individual rankings will be released on Feb. 19.
