- Vandiver won the next draw control and Elon was given a woman-up chance following a Drexel green card with just under three minutes left. Scalzo then had a chance denied by Drexel goalkeeper Lucy Dailey as the Dragons took possession entering the final minute and a half.
- A green card by Engelkraut on the Drexel clear attempt gave the Dragons the advantage and Quinn scored her second straight goal to give Drexel its first lead since early in the third quarter with 46 seconds left in regulation.
