ELON – Senior
Hannah Schonhoff wrapped up the Elon women's track & field team's trip to the NCAA East First Round on Saturday with a tie for 39th in the high jump at the UK Outdoor Track & Field Complex.
Schonhoff cleared 1.71 meters (5 feet, 7.25 inches) to place 39th in her first career NCAA East First Round appearance. The performance capped a standout senior season in which she climbed to No. 2 in program history in the high jump with a mark of 1.76 meters (5 feet, 9.25 inches) set two weeks ago at the CAA Championship.
Schonhoff was joined at the NCAA East First Round by
Katie Blount,
Hannah Weber,
Isabella Johnson,
Adriana Clarke, Duna Viñals and Jacqueline Zacharias as part of Elon's program-record seven qualifiers. The group helped lead the Phoenix to its second consecutive CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship earlier this month, while also completing a 2025-26 sweep of CAA women's cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field team titles.
