ELON – The Elon women's track & field team was recognized as a U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team on Monday. It's the seventh consecutive year that Elon earned the team accolade.
 
Six Phoenix student-athletes were recognized as USTFCCCA All-Academic Athletes, including Katie Blount (sport management), Isabella Johnson (finance), Hannah Schonhoff (biochemistry), Duna Viñals (engineering), Hannah Weber (psychology) and Jacqueline Zacharias (environmental studies).
 
Elon held a 3.66 cumulative grade point average for the 2025-26 academic year, eclipsing the USTFCCCA requirement of a 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
 
To qualify individually, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher on a 4.0 scale and have completed at least two semesters or three quarters at their nominating institution. Athletes must also rank among the top 96 nationally in any individual event or top 48 in any championship relay during the indoor season. During the outdoor season, athletes must rank in the top 48 in either the East or West Region and have participated in any round of the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
