High School: A four-year varsity letterwinner and three-year captain at Libertyville High School under Coach Greg Loika and Jenny Smith…Helped the Wildcats win four consecutive North Suburban Conference championships and two Class 4A regional championships in 2019 and 2022, as well as the 2019 Class 4A sectional championship…A part of the 2021 and 2022 Lake County All-Area Team and earned 2021 All-Area Captain…Selected as the team’s Most Valuable Player in 2022 and has earned NSC all-conference honors three straight years...Recognized as the News-Sun Volleyball Player of the year her senior season…Kasten played club for Sky High, where she led the 17 Elite team to a runner-up finish at the 2022 USAV Nationals competition…Named to the 2021 AVCA Phenom Watch List and 2021 and 2023 JVA Ultra Ankle Watch List.
