2024: Earned All-CAA Second Team honors
• Appeared in eight matches, starting all eight • Scored six goals to go along with three assists in those contests • Assisted on Scott Vatne's game-winning goal in the 90th minute in the season opener versus Florida Gulf Coast (8/22) • Tallied two assists in Elon's 5-0 victory over Radford (8/26) • Scored at least one goal in five straight contests, with one at Coastal Carolina (8/29), one versus Grand Canyon (9/2), one against Drexel (9/7), two against Delaware (9/14), including the game-winner in a 4-3 comeback victory, and one at Wake Forest (9/17) • Registered 490 minutes on the campaign
Prior to Elon: Was a member of the St. John's men's soccer program (2022-23) • Appeared in 23 career games for St. John's with two assists
Prep/Club Career: A four-sport standout at Oakcrest High School, where he played soccer, lacrosse basketball and golf • Scored 12 goals and dished out 20 assists during his junior soccer campaign, the latter of which was good enough for second in the state • Led his team to a pair of conference championships as a sophomore and junior • Earned first team all-conference accolades as a junior • Played on the club circuit with Real JFC • Won a US Youth Soccer U17 National Championship in 2021 • Previously competed with the New Jersey Olympic Developmental Program (ODP) team and the Region One ODP Team
Personal: Son of Louis and Katharine Veltri • Has two older brothers, Matthew and Justin, both of whom played soccer at Rider University • Intends to major in finance
