Elon University Athletics

2010: Joined the Phoenix squad in the spring of 2010 after transferring from Villanova University where she saw action in six games and earned one start as a rookie.

 

Prep: Four-year letterwinner for an Immaculate Heart Academy team that went 80-6-1 during her career... senior team captain when the squad outscored opposition 107-3... chosen as the Star Ledger Student-Athlete of the Year and was a player of the week selection during the season... two-time first-team all-state selection by the Star Ledger... named first-team all-county from the Record on three occasions... four-time first-team all-conference choice... NJGSCA All-State pick and ESPN first-team All-American... helped team to four league championships and three county titles... squad won two state sectional crowns and one state championship... member of the Montclair Aristocats club team for 10 years, leading team to three New Jersey State Cups between 2003 and 2007... Montclair was the Super Y League National Champions in 2005 and won three Region I Premier League Division titles... member of the Super Y ODP National Select Team in 2007... Super Y ODP regional player in 2006 and a former member of the USYSA state ODP team and regional pool team. 

 

Personal: Jaclyn is the daughter of James and Joann Wood... twin brother David attends Elon and is a member of the baseball team.
