2009: Competed in four meets for the Phoenix…Posted a season-best time of 28:57.3 at the Hagan Stone Classic…Ran a 28:58.06 at the Blue Ridge Open…Ran a 29:13 at the Elon Invitational…Finished the 5K at the Pack Invitational in 17:15.

 

High School: Served as captain of high school track team during his senior season…Named his team’s most valuable junior in 2008 and most valuable senior in 2009…Recorded a PR of 52.0 seconds in the 400-meter dash…Ran a PR of 1:58.36 in the 800-meter run…Ran a 4:40 in the 1,600-meter run…Member of the National Honor Society…Graduated with high honors.
