2010: Posted a career-best time of 18:50 at the Pack Invitational as Elon’s top finisher…Finished ninth at the Elon Invitational with a time of 19:06…Clocked a 18:53.48 at the Greater Louisville Cross Country Challenge…Crossed the finish line in 19:41.98 at the SoCon Championships.

2009: Season-best time of 19:38 came at the Elon Invitational…Clocked a 19:54.04 at the Louisville Classic…Ran a 20:30.29 at the Blue Ridge Open…Finished with a time of 20:57.73 at the Southern Conference Championship.

2008: Posted a then career-best time of 19:01 at the Southern Conference Championship…Ran in the NCAA Regional Championship…Recorded a time of 19:18 at the Winthrop Invitational…Ran a 19:20 at the Hagan Stone Classic…Also competed in USC Upstate’s Eye Opener and the Blue Ridge Open.

2007: Posted a season-best time of 19:39 at the Southern Conference Championship…Finished with a time of 19:55 at the Blue Ridge Open…Ran a 25:01 in the 6K at the Paul Short Run…Qualified for the NCAA Regional where she finished with a time of 23:46.1 in the 6K.

High School: Suburban-council and sectional finalist in cross country in the 3,000-meter run…Helped Saratoga Springs High School team win the national, state and sectional championships.
