Fall 2011: Earned a singles victory against a foe from East Carolina at the Elon Fall Invitational • posted a 2-1 singles record during the ITA Carolinas Regional in Chapel Hill.

2010-11: Posted a 4-1 singles mark after playing primarily at number six • appeared in two doubles bouts, going 1-1 at number three • all four singles victories came in straight sets • advanced to the semifinals of the Division III singles draw of the Southern Intercollegiate Championships, winning four matches against foes from Chattanooga, LSU, Tennessee and Davidson • won the consolation finals of the B1 Singles Draw of the Elon Fall Invitational.

2009-10: Went 4-12 in singles play at numbers five and six • appeared in two doubles tilts with Thomas Darling • had an impressive showing at the UNC Wilmington Invitational, going 2-1 in the Flight A singles draw • paired with various teammates to go undefeated in doubles at the Elon Invitational • also posted two singles wins at the home tournament.

Prep: All-state tennis selection all four years of high school • consistently achieved high national rankings, being ranked as high as No. 1 in Colombia and South America COSAT when he was 14 years old • qualified for four Futures Tournaments, obtaining two ATP points and earning an ATP ranking of 1519.

Personal: Carlos is the son of Carlos and Carmen Arboleda • major is international business.
