Indoor: Ran the second-fastest time in the 3,000-meters with a 9:35.10 at the ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships…Was the runner-up in the 3,000-meters at the Camel City Invitational with a time of 9:47.82…Clocked a personal-record time of 16:40.52 in the 5,000-meters at the SPIRE NCAA Division I Challenge.
 
Outdoor: Finished as the runner-up in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the CAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 10:25.28 and earned All-CAA honors…Clocked a season-best time of 10:23.45 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA East Preliminaries…Ran a time of 4:54.13 in the 1,500-meters at the Campbell Invitational.

Indoor: 
Ran the second-fastest time in school history in the one-mile run with a time 4:51.41 at the ECAC Indoor Championships...Had the third-best performance in school history in the 3,000-meter run at the Virginia Tech Challenge with a time of 9:39.54 winning the race...Won the one-mile run at the High Point Team Challenge with a time of 4:58.02.

Outdoor: Ran the second-fastest time at the CAA Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:22.22 winning the league championship...Broke her school-record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA East Preliminaries with a time of 10:10.04...Clocked in the third-fastest time in program history in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:27.60 at the Aggie Last Chance Meet to win the event.

Indoor
2013-14: 
Earned All-Southern Conference honors in the one-mile run after finishing third overall with a time of 5:01.15 at the league championships...Became the second-fastest performer in school history in the 3,000-meters with a time of 9:55.19 at the High Point Team Challenge...Finished third in the 500-meters with a time of 1:24.96 at the Liberty Open.

2012-13: Earned a spot on the All-SoCon Freshman Team in the 3,000-meter run after clocking a time of 10:17.55...Finished as the runner-up in the one-mile run at the Gene Anderson Invitational with a time of 5:03.60...Set a new personal-best in the one-mile run with a time of 5:01 at the Wake Forest Invitational and finished third overall...Crossed the line in third in the 3,000-meter run at the Liberty Quad with a time of 10:17.67...Ran a season-best time of 10:04.13 in the 3,000m at the Penn State National Invitational.

Outdoor
2013-14: Southern Conference Champion in the 3,000-meter steeplechase after claiming the title with time of 10:41.08...Twice set new school records in the steeplechase during the season; first at the prestigious Stanford Invitational with a time of 10:33.40 on April 4 and again on May 16 at the Wolfpack Last Chance meet with a personal-best time of 10:29.29...Just missed on advancing to the NCAA East Preliminaries by one spot and a time of just .01...Became the fourth-fastest performer in school history in the 5,000-meters with a time of 17:39.29 at the Southern Conference Championship meet.

2012-13: Was second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the 2013 SoCon Outdoor Championships with a time of 10:42.95 and earned All-SoCon honors and placed on the SoCon All-Freshman team...Also earned a spot on the league's All-Freshman team in the 1,500m at the 2013 SoCon Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:44.05...Finished third in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Wake Forest Open with a time of 11:04.33...Ran a season-best time of 4:38.77 in the 1,500m run at the Raleigh Relays and finished seventh...Finished in the top-10 of the 800-meter run at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a time of 2:23.03.

Cross Country
2014: Became the program's first-ever All-region performer with a 22nd-place finish at the Southeast Regional Championships setting the 6K school-record with a time of 20:54.2...Received All-CAA accolades after finishing fifth overall at the CAA Championships with a time of 21:08.37...Set a new personal-best time of 17:38 in the 5K at the adidas XC Challenge...Was the runner-up at the Elon vs. UNCG Dual Meet with a time of 18:27...Finished third overall at the Elon Invitational with a time of 18:07.

2013: Competed in six meets during the season...Part of the duo along with Kimberly Johansen that helped capture the Wake Forest Relay Individual title with a time of 31:53...Ran the third fastest-time in school history in the 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regionals with a time of 21:48.1...Earned second team All-SoCon honors.

2012: Ran in six events on the season...Clocked in the sixth fastest 5K time in school history with a mark of 17:56.05 at the Southern Conference Championships on Oct. 27...Ran a time of 22:24.5 at the NCAA Pre-Nationals on Oct. 13...Crossed the line in third with a time of 18:23 at the Elon Invitational on Sept. 15...Ran the 10th fastest 6K time in program history with a time of 22:23.73 at the Charlotte Invitational on Sept. 28...Earned second team All Southern Conference honors.

2011 (at St. Leo): Qualified as an individual for the NCAA Division II Championships…NCAA DII South Regional Championship runner-up…Sunshine State Conference cross country champion…2011 Sunshine State Conference Co-Runner of the Year, Freshman of the Year and first team all-conference…Posted PRs of 18:06 in the 5K, 9:54 in the 3,000-meter run and 11:04 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
