Outdoor: Earned All-CAA honors in the 5,000-meters at the CAA Championships with a time of 17:34.83 and was third overall...Finished 10th overall in the 5,000-meters at the Duke Invitational with a time of 16:55.20...Was 13th overall in the 1,500-meters at the Charlotte Invitational with a time of 4:33.99.
2017-18 (Junior)
Indoor: Set a new personal-record in the 3,000-meters with a time of 9:57.77 at the Liberty Kickoff and finished third overall…Ran a season-best time of 16:52.91 in the 5,000-meters at the ECAC Indoor Championships (3/2)…Won the 5,000-meters at the Liberty Elite Invitational (2/10) with a time 17:22.63…Member of the distance medley relay team that won the event at the Keydet Invitational (1/19) with a time of 12:10.27…Was the runner-up at the Darius Dixon Invitational (1/28) in the 3,000-meters with a time of 9:59.60.
Outdoor: Earned the CAA championship in the 10,000-meters with her personal-best time of 36:25.05 at the CAA Championships (5/4)…Also claimed a league title in the 5,000-meters at the CAA Championships with a time of 17:18.21…Set a school-record in the 5,000-meters at the Duke Invitational (4/21) with a time of 16:19.47 and was third overall…Ran a personal-record time of 4:25.53 in the 1,500-meters at the Duke Invitational (4/20)…Twice received CAA Track Athlete of the Week honors.

Indoor: Competed in five meets on the season…Member of the Phoenix’s distance medley relay team that set a new school-record with a time of 12:07.82 at the Wake Forest Invitational…Ran a personal-best time of 9:59.60 in the 3,000-meters at the Darius Dixon Invitational…Took medalist honors in the 5,000-meters with a time of 17:08.35 at the Liberty Elite Invitational…Clocked a new indoor personal-best in the 5,000-meters with a time of 16:45.38 at the ECAC Indoor Championships.
Outdoor: Was third overall in the 3,000-meters with a new personal-best time of 9:59.77 at the Tiger Track Classic, second-best time in school history…Ran a season-best time of 17:33.36 in the 5,000-meters at the Raleigh Relays…Clocked a 4:39.53 in the 1,500-meters at the Duke Invitational.
2015-16 (Freshman)
Indoor: Competed in four meets on the year…Ran a time of 5:01.48 in the one-mile run at the Penn State Tune-Up (2/20)…Clocked a 9:59.72 in the 3,000-meters at the SPIRE NCAA Division I Invitational (2/12)…Had a time of 2:23.49 in the 800-meters at the Penn State Tune-Up (2/20).
Outdoor: Earned All-CAA honors in the 5,000-meters after finishing third in the race at the CAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 16:47.71, the second-fastest time in school history…Moved into the top-five in school history in the 1,500-meters with her time of 4:34.03 at the Raleigh Relays (3/26)…Was the runner-up in the 1,500-meters at the Campbell Invitational with a time of 4:40.51.

2016 (Sophomore): Earned All-CAA honors after finishing eighth at the CAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:04.2…Set a new personal-best in the 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships with a time of 21:44.7…Won the Elon Invitational with a time of 18:48.2 in the 5K race…Set a new 5K personal-record at the Louisville Classic with a time of 17:51.
