Indoor: Ran in two indoor meets on the season…Set a new personal-best in the 3,000-meters with a time of 10:26.56 at the Camel City Invitational (1/29)…Was fifth in the 3,000-meters with a time of 10:39.60 at the UNCG Spartan Team Challenge (1/24).
 
Outdoor: Ran in three outdoor meets on the year…Clocked the fourth-fastest time in school history in the 10,000-meter run with her time of 36:58.73 and finished sixth overall at the CAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/6)…Also had a new personal-record in the 1,500-meter run with a 4:50.18 at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/1)…Added her career-best time in the 5,000-meters with a 17:44.45 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/22).
 
2014-15
Indoor: Competed in three meets on the season...Ran a personal-best time of 5:27.98 in the one mile at the Kent Taylor Invite...Clocked a time of 10:45.79 in the 3,000-meters at the High Point Team Challenge.
 
Outdoor: Ran in two meets on the year...Had a time of 11:05.85 in the 3,000-meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational...Clocked in a time of 18:55.33 in the 5,000-meters at the Duke Twilight.
 
2013-14
Indoor: Ran in four meets during the indoor campaign...Finished fourth in the 3,000-meters at the Liberty Open with a time of 10:50.61...Was third in the 3,000-meters at the Wake Forest Invitational and a time of 10:57.55...Ran a personal-record time of 10:41.23 at the Liberty Quad...Earned SoCon All-Academic honors.
 
Outdoor: Competed at five meets...Set a new personal-record in the one-mile run with a time of 5:29.81...Earned a top-10 standing in the 5,000-meters at the UNC Wilmington Seahawk Invitational with a time of 18:45.85...Had a season-best time of 4:56.88 at the Wake Forest Open.
 
2012-13
Indoor: Competed in three meets during the indoor season...Competed as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team at the Gene Anderson Invitational that finished with a time of 4:19.44 and in eighth...Ran in the 3,000-meter run at the Gene Anderson Invitational with a time of 10:53.08 and finished ninth...Also competed in the 3,000-meters at the Liberty Open with a time of 10:54.41.
 
Outdoor: Ran in five outdoor meets in 2013...Had a top-10 standing at the Coastal Carolina Invitational in the 3,000-meters with a time of 10:52.94...Crossed the line in 12th at the Raleigh Relays in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 18:43.88...Ran a personal-record of 18:40.55 in the 5,000-meters at the Wake Forest Open...Ran a time 4:56.12 in the 1,500-meter at the Duke Invitational.

2013: Competed in four meets this season...Had a season-best time of 19:20.5 in the 5K at the Three Stripe Invitational...Crossed the line with a time of 19:31.9 at the Elon Invitational...Earned a spot on the SoCon All-Academic team.
 
2012: Competed in four events on the season...Ran a time of 19:50 at the Elon Invitational on Sept. 15 to finish in 12th...Was the Phoenix's top runner in the 'green' race at the Charlotte Invitational on Sept. 28 with a mark of 23:47.63...Crossed the line with a time of 19:39.9 at the Queens Royal XC Challenge on Oct. 12.

Cross Country: Helped Ridge HS to a top-six finish at the New Jersey Cross Country Meet of Champions from 2008-2011…Two-time All-Skyland Conference honoree…Posted a PR of 19:00 in the 5K.
 
Track: Two-time New Jersey Indoor Track State Sectional champion in the 3200m (2009 and 2010)…Member of the 4x800 relay team that finished fifth at the NJ Track & Field Meet of Champions in 2012…Posted PRs of 5:07 in the 1600m and 11:08 in the 3200m.
 
Personal: Daughter of Yati and Sheba Bains…Undecided on a major.
