Indoor: Set a new personal-record in the 3,000-meters with a time of 10:13.92 at the SPIRE NCAA Division I Invitational (2/12)…Ran a time of 5:12 in the one mile at the Camel City Invitational (1/29)…Clocked a 2:26 in the 800-meters at the Penn State Tune-Up (2/20).
 
Outdoor: Established a new personal-record in the 5,000-meters with a time of 18:19.22 at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/1)…Clocked a personal-best time of 37:31.39 in the 10,000-meters at the CAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/6)…Ran a 4:46.35 in the 1,500-meters at the Phoenix Invitational (4/23).
 
2014-15
Indoor: Set a indoor personal-record in the one-mile run with a time of 5:06.88 at the High Point Team Challenge and finished fourth overall...Had a personal-best time of 10:31.82 in the 3,000-meters at the Hilton Garden Innvitational.
 
Outdoor: Clocked in a personal-record of 2:24.93 in the 800-meters at the Phoenix Invitational...Also had a personal-best time of 18:27.67 in the 5,000-meters at the VertKlasse Meeting...Helped the 4x800-meter relay team to a runner-up finish at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a time of 9:34.32.
 
2013-14
Indoor: Finished second in the 500-meters at the Liberty Open with a time of 1:24.85...Was sixth overall in the one-mile with a time of 5:15.88 at the Liberty Open...Had a season-best time of 5:09.49 in the mile at the UCS Invitational...Clocked in a time of 18:30.70 in the 5,000-meters at the Southern Conference Indoor Championships.
 
Outdoor: Competed in only two meets during the season...Finished as the runner-up in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:47.30 at the UNC Wilmington Seahawk Invitational...Was ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Southern Conference Championships with a time of 11:45.08...Earned SoCon All-Freshman honors.

2015: Ran in six meets on the season…Had a season-best 5K time of 18:37 at the Greater Louisville Classic…Ran a time of 22:03.3 in the 6K at the CAA Cross Country Championships (10/31)…Clocked a 6K time of 22:43.4 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships (11/13).
 
2014: Competed in seven meets on the year...Ran a personal-best 5K time of 17:56 at the adidas XC Challenge on Sept. 19...Was third overall in the Elon vs. UNCG Dual meet on Aug. 30 with a time of 18:37.6...Ran a season-best 6K time of 22:17.2 at the CAA Cross Country Championships.
 
2013: Set a new personal-best time in the 5K after crossing the line at 18:02.00 at the Elon Invitational...Set a personal-record in the 6K with a time of 22:03.6 at the NCAA Southeast Regional meet...Earned Academic All-Southern Conference honors.
 
2012: Competed in five events on the season for the Phoenix...Ran a time of 18:52 in her first collegiate race as an individual at the Elon Invitational on Sept. 15 and in sixth place...Clocked in with a time of 18:24 at the Southern Conference Championships on Oct. 27...Had a time of 22:48.04 at the NCAA Southeast Regional on Nov. 9...Earned SoCon All-Freshman team honors.
