Indoor: Qualified for the ECAC Indoor Championships in the 400-meters and the 4x400-meter relay…Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a school-record time of 3:43.91 at the ECAC Championships…Clocked a new personal-record and broke her own school mark in the 400-meters with a time of 54.61 at the ECAC Indoor Championships…Ran the second-fastest time in school history in the 800-meters with a time of 2:13.04 at the UNCG Spartan Team Challenge to win the race…Won the 400-meters at the Penn State Tune-Up with a time of 55:03.
 
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 400-meter hurdles and set a new school record with a time of 57.04 in the race…Captured her second straight 400-meter hurdles title at the CAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 58.50…Also helped the Phoenix 4x400-meter relay team to a league title at the CAA Championships with a school-record time of 3:43.32…A member of Elon’s 4x100-meter relay team that won the league championship at the CAA Championships with a school-record time of 45.91…Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 58.01.
 
2014-15
Indoor: Clocked in the second-fastest time in school history in the 400-meters with a time of 56.00 at the Virginia Tech Challenge...Had a personal-best time of 25.82 in the 200-meters at the Hilton Garden Invitational...Won the 400-meters at the Buccaneer Invitational with a time of 57.25...Also helped the 4x400-meter relay team to an event title at the High Point Team Challenge with a time of 3:57.05...Moved into the top-five in school history in the 800-meters with a time of 2:17.03 at the High Point Team Challenge.

Outdoor: Won the 400-meter hurdles at the CAA Championships with a time of 59.08...Broke her own school-record in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 57.75 at the Duke Twilight...Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to an event title at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a time of 3:55.69...Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries for the second straight year in the 400-meter hurdles...Ran a new personal-best time of 55.50 in the 400-meters at the Aggie Last Chance Meet, third-best time in school history...Aided the 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place finish at the CAA Championships with a time of 3:48.94.

2013-14
Indoor: Had a first-place finish at the Liberty Open in the 400-meters with a time of 58.06...Earned another first-place standing in the 400m at the High Point Team Challenge with a time of 58.20...Clocked the second-fastest time in school history in the 400m with a time of 56.09 at the Virginia Tech Challenge...Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to the event title at the High Point Team Challenge with a time of 3:57.26...Earned Alll-SoCon honors after helping the 4x400m relay team to a third-place finish at the Southern Conference Indoor Championships with a time of 3:52.42, third-best in school history.

Outdoor: Earned the Southern Conference outdoor championship in the 400-meter hurdles with a school-record time of 59.60...Also earned All-league honors as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished third overall with a time of 3:44.28 at the SoCon Championships...Advanced to the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 400-meter hurdles and finished 33rd overall...Finished first in the 400-meter hurdles at the UNC Wilmington Seahawk Invitational with a time 1:01.38...Had another first-place standing in the 400m-hurdles at the Aggie Invitational after clocking in a time of 1:00.71...Also earned SoCon All-Freshman honors in the 400-meter hurdles.

2012-13
Indoor: Competed in three meets during the indoor season...Was a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished as the runner-up at the Liberty Kickoff with a time of 3:58.34...Had a season-high time of 26.67 in the 200m at the Liberty Kickoff...Finished in seventh-place in the 60m hurdles at the Liberty Kickoff...Ran a personal-best 59.55 in the 400m at the Wake Forest Invitational.

Outdoor: Did not compete due to redshirt.

High School: Earned 12 varsity letters at Mansfield High School...Holds the school-record in the 55, 300 and 400 meter hurdles...Also has the top marks in the indoor 300 and 600 meters...Has the Massachusetts and New England all-time best mark in the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 42.82...Won the Division 2 State Indoor title in the 55 Hurdles for 2011,2012...Also won the Massachusetts D2 Championship in the 400 meter hurdles for three consecutive years from 2010-12...Won the 2012 Massachusetts State championship in the 400 meter hurdles...Two-time New England champion of the 300 meter hurdles...Earned a top-three finish at the New Balance Nationals in the 400 meter hurdles.

Personal: Daughter of Joe and Beth Esposito...Plans to major in exercise sports science.
