Indoor: Did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Outdoor: Posted a personal-best time of 38:09.72 in the 10,000-meters at the CAA Championships, finishing 11th overall...Set a new personal-record in the 5,000-meters at the JMU Invitational with a time of 17:53.68 and was sixth overall...Was the runner-up in the 5,000-meters at the High Point VertKlasse Meeting with a time of 18:06.91...Also competed in the 1,500-meters at the Bill Webb Multi/Bob Davidson Invite with a time of 5:01.58.

2019-20
Indoor: Competed in the 3,000-meters at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational and ran a time of 10:58.74.

Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Indoor: Competed in three meets on the season…Finished fifth in the 5,000-meters at the UCS Invitational (2/16) with a season-best time of 18:36.96…Clocked a time of 10:42.00 in the 3,000-meters at the Darius Dixon Invitational (2/3).
 
Outdoor: Ran in one meet on the season…Ran a time of 38:12.37 in the 10,000-meters at the 49er Classic (3/15).

Ran in all three meets on the season...Ran a personal-best time of 18:45.6 in the 5K at the CAA XC Preview...Posted personal-record time of 21:37.3 in the 6K at the CAA Championships...Crossed the line with a time of 24:04.8 in the 6K at the High Point Winter Vertcross meet.

Had a time of 19:02 in the 5K at the Queen City Invitational...Ran a time of 23:55.6 at the ECU Pirates Invitational in the 6K...Had a time of 22:34.8 at the CAA Championships...Clocked a time of 22:44.7 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.

2017
Ran in five meets this season...Had a time of 15:38.5 in the 4K at the Elon Opener...Raced a 20:37.3 at the adidas XC Challenge in the 5K...Had a season-best 6K time of 23:13.9 at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 29...Clocked a 23:58.5 at the CAA Cross Country Championships on Oct. 28.

Prep Career
Competed at Deep Run High School under head coach Drew Spicer...Cross Country All-Metro Team in 2016...Was a four-time All-State for cross country, the indoor 3,200-meters, and the indoor and outdoor 4x800-meter relay...A 10-time All-Region performer and a 12-time All-Conference selection...Also made the All-Academic team from 2013-17 and was on the Honor Roll all four years.
