  • All-CAA in the 3200 relay
  • Only competed at the CAA Championships, running the mile and the 3200 relay
  • Runner-up in the 3200 relay with a time of 9:03.52, third-fastest in program history
  • Ran the mile in a career-best time of 4:56.44 in prelims to advance to finals where she ran 4:59.57 and placed fourth

  • Named the 2022 CAA Women's Track Athlete of the Year.
  • Won the CAA title in the 1,500 and the 5,000-meters and was named the Most Outstanding Track Performer of the Meet.
  • Clocked a personal-record time of 16:37.68 in the 5,000-meters at the CAA Championships with to win gold in the race.
  • Took first in the 1,500-meters at the CAA Championships with a time of 4:35.72.
  • Ran a personal-best time of 4:19.73 in the 1,500-meters at the Virginia Challenge.
  • Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 1,500-meters and ran a time of 4:31.62 in the prelims. 

2021-22 Indoor
  • Did not compete in any meets.

2021 Outdoor
  • Ran a season-best time of 4:28.84 in the 1,500-meters at the Lee University Last Chance meet and was fifth overall.
  • Posted a season-best time of 16:58.68 in the 5,000-meters at the Virginia Challenge.
  • Finished fourth overall in the 1,500-meters at the CAA Championships with a time of 4:30.11.
  • Was fifth in the 5,000-meters at the CAA Championships with a time of 17:14.44.

  • Clocked a 21:19.7 at the CAA Cross Country Championship where she finished third overall to earn All-CAA honors
  • Posted a 21:07.2 in the 6k at the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships

2021
  • Earned All-CAA honors for the second straight year after finishing fourth overall at the CAA Championships (10/30) with a time of 21:48.5.
  • Set a new personal-best time in the 5K at the Firetower Project (9/17) at 17:40.2 and was eighth overall.
  • Posted a time of 21:45.0 in the 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regionals (11/12).
  • Clocked a time of 14:07.1 in the 4K at the Elon Opener (9/3) and was ninth overall.

2020-21
  • Earned All-CAA honors after finishing seventh overall at the CAA Championships with a time of 20:22.1 in the 6K.
  • Was the runner-up at the CAA XC Preview with a time of 17:45.6 in the 5,000-meters.
  • Posted a time of 22:26.7 in the 6K at the High Point Winter Vertcross meet and was sixth overall.

  • Participated at the 2018 U20 German Championship in Rostock and earned second place in the 3,000-meters and third in the 2,000-meter steeplechase
