• Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that posted a program top-10 time of 9:10.29 at the VMI Winter Relays to win the event.
• Had a personal-best time of 5:04.70 in the one-mile run at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational.
• Ran a time of 9:53.94 in the 3,000-meters at the ECAC Indoor Championships.

2022 (Outdoor)
• Had a season-best time of 11:00.67 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the CAA Championships and finished sixth overall.
• Ran a season-best time of 4:36.74 in the 1,500-meters at the CAA Championships.
• Posted a time of 17:50.09 in the 5,000-meters at the CAA Championships.

2020-21 (Indoor)
• Did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2021 (Outdoor)
• Ran a personal-best time of 10:33.06 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and finished fifth overall at the Lee University Last Chance meet.
• Posted a season-best time of 17:16.19 in the 5,000-meters at the CAA Championships.
• Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:43.85 at the JMU Invitational.
• Posted a season-best time of 4:33.34 in the 1,500-meters at the Raleigh Relays.
• Finished fourth overall in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the CAA Championships with a time of 10:45.69.

2019-20 (Indoor)
• Ran a season-best time of 9:48.40 in the 3,000-meters at the ECAC Indoor Championships.
• Clocked a time of 5:04.82 in the one-mile at the JDL DMR Invitational and was second overall.
• Member of the distance medley relay team at the Carolina Challenge that ran a time of 12:21.02.

2020 (Outdoor)
• Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19 (Indoor)
• Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that ran the second-fastest time in school history of 9:15.69 at the ECAC Indoor Championships.
• Finished third overall in the 1,000-meters with a time of 2:58.48 at the Liberty Kickoff.
• Ran a time of 10:05.19 in the 3,000-meters at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
• Helped the distance medley relay team to a runner-up finish at the ECAC Indoor Championships with a time of 11:45.62, third-best performance in school history.

2019 (Outdoor)
• Was third overall in the 1,500-meters with a personal-best time of 4:38.72 at the Phoenix Invitational.
• Finished 11th overall in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:55.25 at the CAA Championships.
• Clocked a time of 11:12.86 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the CAA Championships and was seventh overall
• Ran a time of 17:49.81 in the 5,000-meters at the Raleigh Relays.

• Received All-CAA honors after racing a time of 22:24.8 at the CAA Championships (10/30) and finishing 12th overall.
• Posted a personal-best time of 18:14.8 in the 5K at the Firetower Project (9/17).
• Ran a time of 14:35.8 in the 4K at the Elon Opener (9/3).

2020-21 (Junior)
• Earned All-CAA for the second straight season after finishing 14th overall at the CAA Championships with a time of 20:40.10.

2019 (Sophomore)
• Earned All-CAA accolades after finishing 11th overall at the CAA Championships with a time of 21:13.4 in the 6K
• Clocked a time of 21:30.0 at the ECU Pirate Invitational in the 6K and was sevent overall
• Ran a time of 14:44.4 in the 4K at the Elon Opener
• Had a time of 21:51.4 in the 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships

2018 (Freshman)
• Competed in five meets on the season.
• Finished sixth at the Elon Opener with a time of 14:50.6 in the 4K race.
• Was 11th at the ECU Pirate Invitational with a time of 21:58.6 in the 6K.
• Clocked a 21:54.4 at the CAA Championships and was 15th overall.
• Had a 5K time of 18:18 at the Queen City Invite.

Prep Career
• Competed at St. Mary's Star of the Sea College.
• Was named the 2018 St. Mary's Star of the Sea College Sports Woman of the Year in 2018.
• Earned the Wollongong Diocesan Blue Award for cross country from 2012-2018.
• Named the New South Wales Combined Catholic Colleges Blue Award recipient for cross country in 2018.
• Had a third-place finish at the Australian All-School Cross Country Championships in 2017.
