• Clocked a time of 25:38 in the 6K at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (10/15).
• Ran a time of 20:35.0 in the 5K at the Firetower Project (9/17).
• Posted a time of 17:02.2 in the 4K at the Elon Opener (9/3).

• Competed at West Forsyth High School under head coach Nathan Newsome
• Earned NCHSAA All-State honors for indoor track in the 1,600-meters in 2020
• Received NCHSAA All-State indoor honors in the 4x800-meter relay in 2018, 2019 and 2020
• Was a NCHSAA Regional Cross Country selection in 2017, 2018 and 2019
• Earned NCHSAA All-State cross country accolades in 2017 and 2018
