Indoor: Threw a personal-best in the weight throw of 51' 7.75" (15.74m) at the Darius Dixon Invitational...Had a throw of 50' 3.5" (15.33m) in the weight throw at the Virginia Tech Challenge.
Outdoor: Posted a personal-record in the hammer throw at the CAA Championships with a toss of 166' 8" (50.79m)...Threw a season-best mark of 41' 8" (12.70m) in the shot put at the CAA Championships...Had a throw of 129' 6" (39.48m) in the discus at the Bob Davidson Memorial meet.
2020-21
Indoor: Did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Threw a personal-best mark of 157' 2" (47.90m) in the hammer throw at the Mount Olive Final Qualifier...Won the discus throw at the Wendy's Teal Seahawk Invitational with a toss of 146' 6" (44.66m)...Had a season-best throw of 41' 2.5" (12.56m) in the shot put at the JMU Invitational.
2019-20
Indoor: Threw a personal-best mark of 45' 2.5" (13.78m) in the shot put at the Liberty Kickoff and finished fifth overall...Won the shot put at the JDL Early Bird Invite with a throw of 44' 10.75" (13.68m)...Had a toss of 43' 3.25" (13.19m) in the shot put at the ECAC Indoor Championships.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2018-19
Indoor: Finished third overall in the shot put with a season-best throw of 44' 5.5" (13.55m) at the JDL DMR Invitational (2/16)...Had a season-best toss of 41' 7" (12.67m) in the weight throw at the Camel City Invitational (2/2)...Posted a throw of 42' 9.5" (13.04m) in the shot put at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational.
Outdoor: Threw a season-best mark of 44' 1.5" (13.45m) in the shot put at the Duke Invitational (4/20)...Had a season-best throw of 152' 9" (46.56m) in the discus throw at the Phoenix Invitational (4/6)...Won both the shot put and the discus throw at the Aggie Invitational (4/13), throwing a mark of 43' 4.25" (13.21m) in the shot put and a 140' 11" (42.96m) in the discus throw...Earned All-CAA honors in the discus with a heave of 152' 8" (46.53m) at the CAA Outdoor Championships (5/4) and was third overall.
