Indoor: Competed in five meets on the season...Ran a season-best time of 1:06.56 in the 400-meters at the Winston-Salem College Kickoff...Competed in the 4x400-meter relay at the JDL DMR Invitational and helped the group to a time 4:15.78.
Outdoor: Posted a season-best time of 1:09.84 in the 400-meter hurdles at the VertKlasse Meeting...Ran a time of 1:10.00 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Aggie Classic...Competed in the 4x400-meter relay at the Duke Invitational and helped the group to a time of 3:59.30.
2020-21
Indoor: Did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 1:05.27 in the 400-meter hurdles at the CAA Championships and was seventh overall...Finished fourth overall in the 400-meter hurdles at the Perry Palooza Early Bird Classic with a time of 1:07.49.
2019-20
Indoor: Set a new personal-record in the 400-meters with a time of 1:01.99 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite...Clocked a new personal-best in the 200-meters with a time of 28.01 at the Camel City Invite...Finished 10th overall in the 400-meters with a time of 1:02.30 at the JDL College Team Challenge.
2018-19
Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 1:04.88 in the 400-meters at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2/16)...Clocked a season-best time of 9.86 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2/16).
Outdoor: Ran
a a season-best time of 1:04.60 in the 400-meter hurdles at the CAA Outdoor Championships (5/4)...Posted a time of 17.41 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Raleigh Relays (3/29).
Prep Career
• Competed at Los Alamitos High School for coaches Armond Goodin and Nathan Howard
• Was a CIF-SS D1 Qualifier in the 100-meter and 300-meter hurdles as well as in the 4x400-meter relay in 2017
• Earned a runner-up finish in the 100-meter hurdles at the Sunset League Varsity in 2017
• Selected as the Los Alamitos Track Outstanding Hurdler in 2017
• Was the Summer League champion in the 100-meter and 300-meter hurdles along with as a member of the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams as a freshman and sophomore
• Named a two-time scholar-athlete
