Personal: Full name is Carson Edward Wehner...Son of Ralph and Lisa Wehner...Has an older sister, Brenna, who plays soccer at Washington and Lee.
 
2024: Made 15 appearances for the Phoenix including one start during his redshirt-freshman season...Made his first career appearance against Navy (02/17) with a scoreless inning of relief and securing his first career strikeout...His first career start came against High Point (03/05)...Threw 2.2 perfect innings against Wofford (04/03)...Earned his first career win in Elon's upset win over #8 Wake Forest, threw a career-high 3.1 innings allowing just one Demon Deacon hit...Got the save in Elon's game two win over William & Mary (05/03)...Over his final six relief appearances, five of them he allowed no runs and no hits in half of them. 

2023: Redshirted his freshman season. Did not make an appearance. 

Prep: Three-year letterwinner under Tom Monfiletto at The Hun School of Princeton...Also played one year at Northern Burlington County Regional High School...Helped the Raiders to back-to-back Mid-Atlantic Prep League titles in 2021 and 2022 as well as the 2021 Prep A championship...Went 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA in seven innings to earn first-team all-prep honors as a junior...Went 5-1 with a 1.95 ERA to earn first-team all-prep, first-team all-prep A, second-team all-area and the team’s coaches award as a senior...Ranked by Perfect Game as the No. 107 overall player and No. 34 right-handed pitcher in New Jersey...Also ranked by Prep Baseball Report as the No. 155 overall player and No. 28 shortstop in New Jersey.
