RECRUITING VISITS

Official Visits

  • Sports other than Football and Basketball

    • First permissible date: September 1, Junior Year HS

    • Five visits (one per school) up until October 15 following HS graduation (five more thereafter)

    • Transportation expenses - Prospect only

    • Meals, lodging, entertainment - Prospect plus four family members

  • Football

    • Early Visit Window: April 1 - Sunday before last Wednesday in June, Junior Year HS

    • Regular Visit Window: Opening day of classes, Senior Year HS

      • Five visits (one per school) up until October 15 following HS graduation (five more thereafter)

      • Transportation expenses - Prospect only (FBS may pay for two parents)

      • Meals, lodging, entertainment - Prospect plus four family members

Unofficial Visits

  • Sports other than Football and Basketball

    • First permissible date: September 1, Junior Year HS

    • May not take an unofficial visit during a dead period, unless SA has signed an NLI or paid an admissions deposit

  • Men's Basketball

    • First permissible date: August 1, Sophomore Year HS

      May take an unofficial visit at any time outside of a dead period

      • Exception - month of July, unless SA has signed an NLI or paid admissions deposit

  • Women's Basketball

    • May take an unofficial visit at any time outside of a dead period

      • Exception - July evaluation period, unless SA has signed an NLI or paid admissions deposit

  • All sports

    • May travel one-mile off campus without using a contact

    • Up to three complimentary tickets (five for nontraditional families) for any regular-season home contest
