OCCASIONAL MEALS

If you are interested in providing an occasional meal to a student-athlete(s) or team, please contact the Office of Athletics Compliance PRIOR to the intended meal.

Restrictions on where an occasional meal may occur depends on the host's affiliation with Elon University:

• Elon University Faculty and Staff

  • May provide transportation and a meal at any location within a 30-mile radius of campus

• Elon Phoenix Boosters

  • Meals may only be provided at the booster's residence or at an on-campus location

    • Other off-campus locations (e.g., restaurant) are prohibited

  • Transportation may be provided from campus to the booster's home and back
