Kevin Paczesny joined the Elon staff as the head athletics equipment manager in the summer of 2014 following a two-year stint as the head football equipment manager for Wagner College.
During his time at Wagner, Paczesny supervised the day-to-day operations of the football equipment room and oversaw a staff of student workers. He was responsible for the organization of the travel of all team equipment for road games. Paczesny also assisted Wagner with building management and game day operations.
Paczesny earned experience as a student assistant and intern in the athletic media relations office at the University of Notre Dame where he served as a stastician and researcher.
As an undergraduate at Ball State University, Paczesny was a student football manager, including three seasons as the head student football manager.
Paczesny earned his bachelor's degree in sport administration from Ball State in 2010 and his master's in business administration from Wagner in 2013.
