Tanderius Flint was hired in May of 2023 as the football video coordinator. Flint joins the football program after serving on the football staff at East Tennessee State University.
At ETSU, Flint provided service to the program on Hudl, XOS Thunder, Catapult ThunderCloud, DVSport 360 Film Room, XOS Vault, XOS Scout and ARMS. He communicated with the program's video coordinators for travel, set up, and execution of game day operations, managing student assistants in filming and uploading practice sessions and games. Flint began as an intern with football operations and video in Aug. of 2021 and was named a video coordinator assistant in Aug. of 2022.Â
Flint also has experience as a football recruiting and player personnel intern at Georgia, and a promotions student assistant at Georgia. He received his bachelor's degree in sports management from Georgia in 2021 and his master's degree in sports management from ETSU in 2023.
