Biography

2011-12: Saw action in 23 games • Averaged 1.3 points per game • Scored a season-high 11 points against Rutgers-Camden on Nov. 18

2010-11: Averaged 5.7 ppg and a team-best 4.6 rpg while appearing in 25 games and making 18 starts • Shot 34.1 percent from three-point range, connecting on 28 attempts • Was the team’s top rebounder in seven contests • Scored in double figures in six games, including 11 points in the season-opener at South Carolina (11/12) • Poured in a career-high 21 points on 8-of-10 shooting, including a perfect 4-for-4 from beyond the arc, against Gardner-Webb (12/7) • Also pulled down 10 rebounds against Gardner-Webb to record the first double-double of his career • Grabbed a personal-best 13 rebounds in a victory at Navy (12/22) • Netted 14 points against ACC foe Wake Forest (11/20).

2009-10: Played in 12 games before being sidelined for the season with patellar tendonitis • Earned the starting nod in seven games as a true freshman • Played a career-high 30 minutes against Samford (12/3), registering a personal-best six rebounds • Scored a season-high four points in four contests.

Prep Career: Spent final two seasons of prep years competing with Canada Basketball’s National Elite Development Academy (NEDA), a national training center program that brings together the top 12 male development athletes from across Canada • Averaged double figures and earned a starting role in his final season at NEDA • Has competed in tournaments all over the world • Played at the 2008 Albert Schweitzer Tournament, a junior national tournament that features 16 of the most outstanding junior teams from around the world, leading his team to a fifth place finish among 16 countries • Competed with the 2007 Quebec Provincial U-17 team • Named a first-team all-star after helping the U-17 team to a second-place showing • Helped his squad to a first-place finish at the junior national tournament in France.
