2009: Clocked a career-best 27:23.53 at the Blue Ridge Open…Finished the Hagan Stone Classic in 28:21.9…Ran a 29:43 at the Elon Invitational…Crossed the finish line of the Pack Invitational 5K in 16:49.

2008: Ran a season-best 28:01 at the Blue Ridge Open…Turned in a time of 28:03 at the Winthrop Invitational…Posted a 17:13 in the 5K at the NC State meet…Also ran in the Hagan Stone Classic.

2007: Competed in five meets as a freshman…Finished with a season-best 27:39.00 at the Blue Ridge Open…Ran a 27:30.9 at the SoCon Championship…Clocked a 17:05.7 at the WCU Classic (5K).

High School: Received the 2006 coach’s award, as well as the 2005 Most Dedicated Runner Award…Member of a squad that was a four-time conference champion (2003-06), and three-time regional champion (2004-06)…Team won the 4A State Championship…Three-time all-conference runner.
