2011: Clocked his season-best time of 26:36.59 at the SoCon Championships in Charleston, S.C....Finished the Elon Invitational in 26:43.00…Claimed 19^th at the College of Charleston Invitational with a time of 26:57.00…Ran the Three Stripe Red Shirt Invitational, a 5K, in 16:20.

2010: Posted a season-best time of 26:30 at the Greater Louisville Classic…Clocked a 27:25 at the Elon Invitational…Posted a 22:08 at the Covered Bridge…Ran a 26:40 at Royal Cross Country Challenge…Finished with a 26:53 at the Southern Conference Championships…Posted a time of 34:55 at the 10K NCAA Regional.

2009: Competed in five meets for the Phoenix…Recorded a season-best 26:45.80 at the Winthrop Invitational…Finished the Louisville Classic in 34:12.56 for his second-best time of the season...Clocked a 26:59.96 at the Blue Ridge Open…Ran the SoCon Championships in 27:16.17...Member of the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.
