2015: Ran a new personal-record 8K time of 25:34.6 at the CAA Cross Country Championships, the ninth-best time in school history...Was the third runner to cross the finish line at the Elon Invitational with a time of 26:26.7 in the five-mile race...Concluded his senior year with a new personal-best in the 10K with a time of 32:44.5 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.

2014: Ran in seven meets on the year...Finished fourth at the Elon vs. UNCG dual meet with a time of 16:54.9...Had a time of 26:29.8 at the Royals XC Challenge.

2013: Ran a time of 16:21.7 at the Three Stripe Invitational finishing 24th.

2012: Competed in four meets overall on the year...Was the Phoenix's top runner in the Three Stripe Invitational and ran a time of 16:26 in the 5K race on Nov. 3...Finished 13th in the Elon Invitational on Sept. 15 with a time of 27:44...Ran a personal-best time of 26:06 at the Queens Royal XC Challenge on Oct. 12. 

High School: Three-time all-conference and all-state cross country honoree…Led team to NCISAA 3S State Cross Country tittles in 2010 and 2011… Two-year cross country captain, also served as track team captain…Posted PRs of 16:03 in the 5K, 4:31 in the 1600m and 9:51 in the 3200m.
