2008 All-Conference First Team; 2009 All-Conference Second Team 

2010: Finished fourth at the Elon Invitational with a season-best time of 18:24…Posted a 19:04.41 at the Covered Bridge Open as Elon’s top finisher…Clocked a 19:06.94 at the SoCon Championships.

2009: Named to the all-conference second team with a time of 18:58.75…Set three Elon top-15 times in the 5K…Clocked a season-best 18:31.92 at the Louisville Classic, good for eighth on Elon’s all-time list…Second-fastest time came at the Winthrop Invitational where she ran an 18:39.96, which is good for 10th all-time at Elon…Finished the Blue Ridge Open in 18:43.63, which ranks 13th all-time at Elon …Led Elon with a time of 22:22.38 at the NCAA Regional...Awarded team MVP.

2008: Earned first-team all-conference honors with a career-best time of 18:11 at the Southern Conference Championship…The time also ranks third on the Elon all-time top-10 list…Finished with a time of 22:17 in the 6K at the NCAA Regional Championships…Ran an 18:28 at the Blue Ridge Open…Clocked an 18:29 for a first-place finish at the Hagan Stone Classic...Awarded team MVP.

2007: Competed in all six meets as a freshman…Clocked a 19:03 at the Disney Classic…Ran a season-best 18:35 at the Southern Conference Championship…Competed in the NCAA Regional where she finished with a time of 23:08.4…Earned the team’s coach’s award.

High School: Three-sport letterwinner in cross country and indoor and outdoor track…Holds multiple records at her high school…Served as a team captain for her cross country squad…Received the 2003 MSTCA Sportsmanship Award.

Major: Exercise sport science.
