At Elon
2026 (Outdoor)
  • Helped Elon clinch its second straight CAA Outdoor Championship team title with a sixth-place individual finish in the 1,500m
    • Qualified for the 1,500m final with a 4:30.30 in prelims & then placed sixth overall with a 4:27.32
  • Set a personal record in the 1,500m (4:20.19) & finished 14th at the Duke Invitational (April 10-11)
  • Had back-to-back top-10 finishes in the 1,500m at the Wake Forest Invitational (4:22.22) & Charlotte Invitational (4:36.65)
  • Started the outdoor campaign by placing fourth in the 800m (2:19.85) & sixth in the 1,500m (4:39.47) at the Phoenix Invitational (March 13)
2025-26 (Indoor)
  • Secured points in two events to help Elon win the CAA Indoor Championship team title
    • Clocked the No. 4 time in school history in the mile (4:47.38) to finish second & earn the silver medal in the event
    • Ran the leadoff leg of Elon's 4x800m relay (9:01.19), earning a third-place finish & the No. 3 time in school history
  • Started the indoor campaign with a personal-best 10:13.24 in the 3,000m at the Liberty Kick Off (Dec. 4-5)
  • Placed seventh in the mile at consecutive meets, clocking 5:10.31 at the Liberty Open (Jan. 23-24) & 4:57.45 at the Camel City Distance (Feb. 7)
2025 (Outdoor)
  • Raced the 800m & 1,500m events in six outdoor meets in 2025
  • Had a season-best 1,500m time of 4:28.52 for a sixth-place finish at the Charlotte Invitational (April 25-26)
  • Won the 1,500m at the VertKlasse Meeting (April 4-5) wit ha time of 4:35.86
  • Was 17th in the 1,500m (4:36.88) at the CAA Outdoor Championships (May 14)
  • Opened the outdoor season with eighth-place finishes in the 800m (2:20.89) & 1,500m (4:38.10) at the Phoenix Invitational (March 14)
2024-25 (Indoor)
  • Competed across four indoor meets for the Phoenix in the 2024-25 season
  • Clocked a season-best 5:05.74 in the mile to place 15th at the CAA Indoor Championships (Feb. 26)
  • Was 16th in the 800m at the Camel City Distance (Feb. 8)
  • Started the indoor campaign with a 3:15.87 in the 1,000m at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (Jan. 23-25)
2024 (Outdoor)
  • Competed in middle distance for Elon
  • Ran the 1,500 at the CAA Championships, qualifying for finals by running 4:43.72 in the prelims and then placing 12th overall the next day with a time of 4:48.33
  • Had a PR time of 4:36.02 in the 1,500 at the Duke Invitational
  • Also ran a PR in the 800 at the Duke Invitational with a time of 2:17.77
  • Ran the 3,000 in the Phoenix Invitational with a time of 10:52.51
2023-24 (Indoor)
  • Ran the 1,000 and the mile for the Phoenix
  • Finished 13th at the CAA Championships in the mile with a personal best time of 5:01.03
  • Ran the 1,000 in 2:58.18 at the Virginia Tech Challenge, ranking No. 10 in program history
  • Also ran on the 1600 relay team that finished in 4:16.69 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
2023 (Outdoor)
  • Ran the 800 and the 1,500 for Elon
  • Won the 1,500 at the Aggie Classic with a personal best time of 4:43.02
  • Also set a PR in the 800 at the Aggie Classic, racing to a time of 2:23.24
2022-23 (Indoor)
  • Ran distance events for Elon, including competing in the unseeded race of the 5,000 at the CAA Indoor Championships
  • Set a personal best time of 3:13.10 in the 1,000 at the Camel City Invitational
  • In the mile, recorded a time of 5:19.41 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
  • Also posted a time of 10:19.84 in the 3,000 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
