2022 (Outdoor)
• Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims for the second straight year in the 10,000-meters and was 24th overall with a time of 35:24.14.
• Won her second CAA title in the 10,000-meters after racing a time of 35:13.09 at the league meet.
• Earned All-CAA honors in the 5,000-meters after finishing third overall at the CAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 16:44.19.
• Had a season-best time of 34:07.87 in the 10,000-meters at the Virginia Challenge.
• Had a personal-record time of 16:30.94 in the 5,000-meters at the Duke Invitational.
2020-21 (Indoor)
• Did not compete due to Covid-19 pandemic.
2021 (Outdoor)
• Qualified for the NCAA East Regional meet in the 10,000-meters and ran a time of 34:17.61 and was 17th overall.
• Won the CAA Championship in the 5,000-meters at the league meet with a time of 16:52.48.
• Earned All-CAA honors in the 10,000-meters at the CAA Championships after racing a time of 35:48.31.
• Set a school-record in the 10,000-meters at the Raleigh Relays with her time of 33:43.82 and was named the CAA Track Athlete of the Week.
• Ran a new personal-best time of 16:34.67 in the 5,000-meters at the Trial of Miles meet and was fourth overall.
2019-20 (Indoor)
• Finished second overall at the ECAC Indoor Championships in the 5,000-meters with a time of 16:49.44.
• Ran the third-fastest time in school history in the 5,000-meters with a time of 16:47.44 at the David Hemery Valentine Invite.
• Was fourth overall in the 3,000-meters at the Carolina Challenge with a time of 9:53.69.

• Won the individual CAA women's cross country championship for the second straight year with a time of 21:26.2 at the CAA Championships (10/30) and earned All-CAA honors while being named the Most Outstanding Performer of the Meet.
• Named the CAA Women's Runner of the Week twice during the season on Sept. 21 and also on Oct. 19.
• Won the Firetower Project meet (9/17) after breaking her own school-record in the 5K with a time of 16:49.2.
• Ran the a personal-best time of 20:38.4 in the 6K at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (10/15) - the second-fastest time in school history.
• Was fourth at the Elon Opener while racing a time of 13:48.6 in the 4K.
2020-21
• Became the first female in program history to compete at the NCAA Cross Country National Championship meet, coming in 82nd out of 253 competitors
• Named the CAA Women's Cross Country Runner of the Year
• Won the CAA cross country individual championship with a meet-record time of 19:37.30 in the 6K and was named the Most Outstanding Performer of the Meet
• Set a school-record in the 5K at the CAA XC Preview with a time of 17:19.29 and was selected the CAA Women's Runner of the Week
• Earned her second CAA Runner of the Week award after coming in second at the Winter Vertcross in the 6K with a time of 22:12.04
2019
• Named the 2019 CAA Women's Rookie of the Year
• Earned All-CAA honors after finishing 11th overall at the CAA Championships
• Ran the fifth-fastest 6K time in school history at 21:02.29 at the ECU Pirate Invitational
• Had a time of 21:17.8 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships

- Ran the Berlin marathon in 2016 and finished with a time of 2 hours and 58 minutes. Age group winner boys and girls
- Danish Championship Cross-Country (8k) in 2018 and took 5th place
