2023: Made three starts in six matches…Finished the season with 17 kills and five blocks…Hit .750 with three kills and two blocks in her season debut against North Carolina A&T…Notched a season-high nine kills on her Senior Day against Delaware.

2022: Finished her junior season with 76 kills, 56 blocks and 18 digs after playing in 16 matches (56 sets) with 11 starts. Led the Phoenix in blocks per set (1.00)...Delivered a career-high 12 kills on 26 attacks to help Elon earn its first win of the season against VCU at the VCU Invitational...Had seven kills against Florida A&M at the Volley for Unity Tournament...Tallied five kills and four blocks in a straight sets win against William & Mary...Tied a career high with six blocks against Northeastern on Oct. 2 and hit .583 with eight kills on 12 attacks...Posted four kills and four blocks in Elon's win against previously unbeaten Towson on Oct. 15...Missed the final nine matches of the season due to injury. 

2021: Made one start in five matches and 10 sets played. She finished the season with seven kills, one dig and three blocks (two solo)...Had a career day at Virginia Tech to start the season as she hit for .556 and posted career highs with five kills and three blocks (two solo)...Hit for .200 with two kills in a 3-0 win at Presbyterian on Sept. 3...Collected her first career dig in a win over UNC Asheville on Sept. 10.

2020-21: Appeared in six matches and eight sets as a freshman. Her season totals included 3.5 points (0.44/set), three kills (0.38/set), a .222 hitting percentage and one block (0.13/set)...Made her collegiate debut against VCU on Feb. 23. She scored a season-high two kills on four attacks...Collected one kill on two attacks in a win at UNCG on March 18...Recorded one block in a win against Davidson on March 20.

High School: Emlong was a three-year letterwinner at Wayzata High School...As a freshman with the Trojans, she helped the team to a STMA 9A tournament title...In her junior year, she was named to both the Lake Conference First Team and CCX Media All-Area First Team as Wayzata was the 5A Section runner-up and the Benilde-St. Margaret Tournament champions...In 2019, not only did Emlong's squad capture its conference and sectional titles, but also capped off the year by winning Wayzata's first Class 3A Minnesota State championship...She played for the Minnesota Select Volleyball Club under coaches Scott Jackson and Kayla Cole...Her 17s team won the JVA Milwaukee Jamboree Tournament at the 18s level, won the Sports Performance Presidents' Day Challenge, placed second at the Mizuno Showcase, and came in 11th at AAU Nationals...Off the court, she served in multiple leadership roles with the National Charity League.
