She needs 86 digs to reach 1,000 for her career...Finished second on the team with 81 assists and added two kills...Reached double-digit digs in 22 matches, to include a stretch of nine straight matches...Collected 19 digs and one assist at Virginia Tech on Aug. 28...Had a season high 23 digs with three assists and two service aces at CofC on Sept. 18...Finished with 22 digs, four assists, one kill and one service ace vs. JMU on Oct. 9...Secured 16 digs, seven assists and one service ace In the CAA Championship match at Towson.     

2020-21: Earned All-CAA Second Team honors...Played in all 10 matches and 40 sets. She led the Phoenix and finished second in the CAA with 203 digs (5.08 digs/set)...Her season totals included 9.0 points (0.23 points/set), 41 assists (1.03 assists/set) and nine service aces (0.23 aces/set)...Reached double-digit digs in every match...Opened the season with a 22-dig outing against VCU on Feb. 23 and followed with 21 digs at W&M on Feb. 26...Served two aces with 15 digs in the win over UNCW on March 6...Set a new career high with 33 digs against Davidson on March 20...Tied her career highs of three aces and seven assists vs. JMU on March 24. She added 29 digs and to her match totals...Finished the season with a 23-dig effort at Charleston on March 28.

2019: Appeared in 32 matches with six starts and 127 sets played. Season totals included one kill, 54 assists, 12 service aces, and 313 digs (second on the team)...Recorded double-digit digs 13 times, including a stretch of double-digit digs in 7-of-9 matches...Made her collegiate debut against McNeese State on Aug. 30...Reached double-digit digs with 13 at Robert Morris...Tallied 17 digs with four assists in a 3-2 win over Wake Forest...Recorded 22 digs in a 3-2 win at Charleston...Set a season high of 24 digs in a 3-1 final at N.C. Central. Followed the effort with a 16-dig performance in a home win over William & Mary and a 13-dig outing at Hofstra...Finished with 15 digs in the CAA semifinal vs. Towson.

High School: Gower was a four-year letter winner at Leesville Road High School, where she was a team captain as a senior and reached over 1,000 career digs...Was her team's defensive MVP and earned All-Conference honors in 2016, 2017, and 2018...Additionally, she was named an All-State selection in 2017 and 2018 and an Under Armour All-American Special Mention in 2018...An honor roll and Academic All-Conference student all four years, she helped her squad to an Eastern Regional semifinal appearance in 2017...Gower also played for Triangle Volleyball Club's 18 Black team under coach Jim Freeman, with whom she qualified for Nationals in the open division four years in a row.
