2015 (Senior): An NCCSIA All-State Team selection and a team captain during her senior campaign ... A senior captain ... Played and started in all 19 games ... Finished second on the team in scoring with three goals, including two game-winners ... Added an assist to her three-goal tally for seven points during her senior campaign ... Scored all three of her goals on free kicks against Coastal Carolina (9/11), UNCG (9/13), and at Francis Marion (10/6) ... Logged 1,409 minutes of action.

2014 (Junior): Named a team captain as a junior ... Played in 15 games… Totaled 11 shots in the games… Had 1 goal against Jacksonville State to help Phoenix win (2-0)… Played in 5 full games with one going to overtime… Helped defend in 4 shutouts.

2013 (Sophomore): Redshirted. 

2012 (Freshman): Played in 14 matches, making 12 starts as a rookie... Scored one goal and tallied one assist... Scored the game-winner against Furma on Oct. 7... Had an assist on Oct. 19 against Chattanooga... Helped Elon to eight shutouts on the year. 

Prep/Club Career: Earned all-conference honors at Trinity in 2009 and 2010… Was an All-Sentinel first-team honoree in 2010… Led Trinity to three conference and two district titles and a state finals appearance… Helped the FC Pennsylvania Strikers to the state cup title three straight years (2009-2011) and the Region I Premier League championship in 2011… Also helped her club team to the Region I title in and the National League championship in 2011… A member of the National Honors Society, Mu Alpha Theta Math Honors Society and was an honors student…

Personal: The daughter of John and Mary Ann Insley… Majoring in exercise science at Elon.
