ELON, NC -- The Elon women's basketball squad will be hosting a first round Big South Tournament game after receiving help from Radford last evening. With the Highlanders' 61-59 overtime victory over Winthrop, the Phoenix have secured a top-four seed for the upcoming championships.

The exact seed or opponent has not yet been determined, but Elon will host a game on March 5 at 7:00 p.m.

The Phoenix will be back in action, looking to run its home record to 11-0, when they battle Morris Brown in a non-conference game on Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
