LEHIGH, Pa. – Junior Eric Lewandowski placed 119^th overall with a time of 26:02, leading Elon to a 32^nd place finish at the Paul Short Invitational.  The men’s race featured 41 teams of 443 total runners.

Senior Eric Garren finished second for Elon (157^th overall) with a time of 26:21, and was followed closely by junior Rick Myers (26:23) who came in 162^nd overall.

Freshman Matthew Richardson logged a time of 26:31, placing 175^th, while Jason MacCollum was 214^th with a time of 26:58.  Rounding out Elon’s finishers were Andrew Hawkey (28:21/256^th) and Andrew Garrison (30:04/270^th) as the Phoenix tallied 827 points.
