After sweeping its first two league series, Elon is off to its best Southern Conference start since joining the league for the 2004 season.

Nearing 500

That’s Number 25
Senior righty Ken Ferrer took over solo possession of fourth place on Elon’s career wins chart by claiming career victory number 25 on March 19 at Western Carolina. In that game Ferrer tossed six innings, allowing three runs on four hits and striking out six.

Ferrer also now ranks 10th in program history with 194 strikeouts.

400
Elon’s 6-2 victory over Wright State on March 5 marked the 400th win of the program’s tenure at the NCAA Division I level. Elon’s first year of Division I play was the 2000 season.
