Signing Day Central

ELON, N.C. – Beginning with this season, the NCAA has instituted a new, earlier signing period for football programs. The Elon University program is set to sign some of its class in this new period, which begins on Wednesday, Dec. 20.

Fans will be able to keep up with the progress of this year's class throughout the day via @elonfb and @elonphoenix on Twitter. A signing day page will also be updated throughout the day with information on this year's class. A full recap of the day's signees will be posted on Wednesday afternoon.

Under first-year coach Curt Cignetti, the Phoenix posted a six-game turnaround, placed third in CAA Football and earned a berth to the 2017 FCS Playoffs.
