Sibel Tanik led the way for the Phoenix, pushing Jill van den Dungen to a third set after winning the first set 6-1 and dropping the second set 2-6. Despite the match being unfinished, Tanik held a 2-0 lead in the decisive third set.

Lizette Reding was locked in a battle with Elisa Van Meeteren and was leading 3-2 in the second set before the match went unfinished. Reding finished the season with a 16-3 mark in singles play, including a 13-2 record in the No. 3 slot.
