CHARLESTON, S.C.--Â Elon University women's basketball delivered a 71-66 overtime win against College of Charleston in its second and final matchup of the regular season against the Cougars on Sunday, Feb. 13.
Â
"Our number one objective on today was to win the boards," said head coach
Charlotte Smith. "We know that when we control the controllables, we give ourselves a chance to be successful. And today we were dominant on the boards! Vanessa (Taylor) and Tyja (Traore) were amazing on the boards today. I'm very excited to get our first road sweep. This will give us the much-needed momentum we need going into this week."
Â
THE RUNDOWN
