ELON, N.C. - Elon University men's tennis won its fourth consecutive match on Saturday, Feb. 26, defeating Gardner-Webb, 5-2, at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Center.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Daniel Martin led the way for Elon in singles play, defeating Chrisjan Van Wyk 7-5, 6-1 in the No. 3 position. The win marked Martin's third in a row and moved him to a team-best 4-2 this season.
- Kyle Frankel clinched the match for the Phoenix, pulling out a gutsy three set victory against Eduardo Dias 1-6, 6-0, 6-3. Frankel has now won each of his last three matches.
- Chung-Han Tsai continued his strong play of late, defeating Connor Enslin 6-2, 7-6 to push his winning streak to three. The win kept Tsai tied for the team lead in singles wins (4) and moved him to 3-1 in the No. 6 slot.
- Nicholas Campbell rounded out the singles victories for the Phoenix, outlasting Victor Putter 6-2, 6-7, 6-2 in a three-set battle on Saturday. The performance marked the second win of the year for Campbell.
- The tandem of Campbell and Condos clinched the doubles point for Elon, finishing Diaz and Numa Lemieux-Monette 6-4. The pair improved their record to 4-1 with the win and maintained its undefeated mark (4-0) in the No. 3 position.
- The combination of Tsai and Martin got the ball rolling in doubles play, beating Putter and Van Wyk 6-2 in No. 1 singles. The duo has now won each of their last for matches and moved to a team-best 5-2 on the year.
