Elon Earns 21st Straight ITA All-Academic Team Selection

All Eight Phoenix Named ITA Scholar Athletes

ELON – The Elon women's tennis team was named an ITA All-Academic Team for the 21st straight year Monday, with all eight of its student-athletes from the 2025-26 roster earning ITA Scholar Athlete recognition.

Elon was one of 231 Division I women's tennis programs to earn All-Academic Team distinction. Programs must maintain a team GPA of at least 3.2 or above to be an All-Academic Team.

All eight of Elon's players from the 2025-26 season were named ITA Scholar Athletes, which goes to student-athletes that finish the academic year with a GPA of at least 3.5. Simone Bergeron, Madison Cordisco, Cornelia Kack, Lisa Kranec, Nathalie Marinovitch, Alexis Nyborg, Mariana Reding and Helen Sarikulaya are among the 1,501 Division I women's tennis student-athletes to receive the honor.
